A Brussels Airlines Avro RJ-100, registration OO-DWH performing flight SN-3668 from Toulouse (France) to Brussels (Belgium), was climbing out of Toulouse's runway 14L when the crew reported problems with one of the four engines (LF507), stopped the climb at 5000 feet and returned to Toulouse for a safe landing on runway 14L about 35 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto the next flight and reached Brussels with a delay of 5.5 hours.
