A Federal Express McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30 freighter, registration N318FE performing flight FX-1247 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Memphis,TN (USA), was descending towards Memphis when the crew reported a hydraulic failure and advised they might be able to vacate the runway but needed to be towed to the apron. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Memphis' runway 27 about 15 minutes later and vacated the runway.
