A DHL Boeing 757-200, registration G-BIKI performing freight flight QY-773 from Porto (Portugal) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), was climbing out of Porto's runway 35 when the crew stopped the climb at 4000 feet reporting a hydraulic failure and decided to return to Porto. After working the relevant checklists the crew landed their aircraft safely on Porto's runway 35 about 40 minutes after departure, however could not vacate the runway. The aircraft needed to be towed off the runway.
