The aircraft reached Mauritius with a delay of 19 hours.
A passenger reported the aircraft was just flying through a zone of thunderstorms when the crew announced the weather radar had failed and they were diverting to Addis Ababa. A first attempt to repair the damage around noon the following day was not successful, the passengers are now already waiting for 16.5 hours to continue the flight, 13.5 hours thereof in the terminal of Addis Ababa.
