A Condor Boeing 767-300, registration D-ABUI performing flight DE-6315 from Mauritius (Mauritius) to Frankfurt/Main (Germany), was enroute when the senior first officer began to feel unwell. When the aircraft was at FL360 near Cairo (Egypt) the first officer collapsed and became unconscious, he was removed from the cockpit and received first aid from a doctor on board. The augment captain on board assumed duties, the two captains continued the flight to Frankfurt for a safe landing about 3.5 hours later.

Germany's BFU reported in their monthly bulletin that the first officer was diagnosed with an illness of stomach and bowels, three more crew members became sick of the same illness in the following days.
