A PAL Express Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C8611 performing flight PR-2986 Tacloban to Manila (Philippines), was on short final to runway 06 when GF-155 entered the runway and ATC instructed them to go around. The aircraft positioned for another approach and landed safely about 20 minutes later.
The Boeing 787-9 vacated the runway, taxied to the hold short line and departed about 8 minutes later.
