The FAA reported: "Volaris Flight 4309 landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport around 1:20 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 25, after the crew reported possible engine issues. The Airbus A320 was headed to San Salvador International Airport in El Salvador. The FAA will investigate."
The aircraft is still on the ground in Los Angeles about 7 hours after landing back.
