A Turpial Airlines Boeing 737-400, registration YV622T performing flight T9-881 from Bogota (Colombia) to Valencia (Venezuela), was climbing out of Bogota's runway 14L when the crew stopped the climb at about 15000 feet due to problems with the cabin pressure. The aircraft returned to Bogota for a safe landing on runway 14R about 35 minutes after departure.

Colombia's DIACC opened an investigation into the occurrence, the NTSB joined the investigation.
