An ANA Wings de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration JA841A performing flight NH-551 from Osaka Itami to Kagoshima (Japan) with 62 passengers and 4 crew, was enroute at FL210 about 80nm west of Osaka when the crew decided to return to Osaka due a cracked right hand windshield. The aircraft landed safely back about one hour after departure.

The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto a flight on Oct 22nd 2024.
