An Enter Air Boeing 737-800, registration SP-ENU performing flight E4-7047 from Warsaw (Poland) to Djerba (Tunisia), was cleared to line up runway 33 and cleared for takeoff.

A LOT Polish Airlines Embraer ERJ-190, registration SP-LME performing flight LO-3910 from Krakow to Warsaw (Poland), was on approach to Warsaw's runway 33 and was cleared to land while the Boeing was still on the runway.

The Enter Boeing became airborne on runway 33 whe the ERJ-190 descended through about 500 feet. The ERJ-190 continued for a safe landing.

Poland's PKBWL opened an investigation stating the reason as "Permission for an aircraft to land on a runway occupied by another aircraft".
