A Jazeera Airlines Airbus A320-200 on behalf of Nesma, registration 9K-CAT performing flight NE-193 from Jouf (Saudi Arabia) to Cairo (Egypt), landed on Cairo's runway 05C but damaged a number of tyres on landing.

According to information The Aviation Herald received the aircraft sustained structural damage due to tyre debris hitting the flaps.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Cairo about 28 hours after landing.
