A Chukotavia Antonov AN-26B-100, registration RA-26128 performing a charter flight from Anadyr to Provideniya (Russia) with 4 passengers, 6 crew and 3500 kg of freight, was climbing out of Anadyr when just after retracting the flaps the crew received an airspeed disagree indication, stopped the climb and returned to Anadyr for a safe landing 17 minutes after departure.

Rosaviatsia reported the captain's pitot probe had failed.
