A Saudi Arabian Airlines Boeing 787-10, registration HZ-AR33 performing flight SV-109 from Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), departed Jeddah's runway 34R, climbed to FL360 and later FL380 and landed on Heathrow's runway 27R about 6:20 hours later completing a seemingly uneventful flight.

A post flight inspection revealed a large hole in the leading edge of the left wing's slats as result of a bird strike.

The aircraft is still on the ground in London about 76 hours (3 days 4 hours) after landing.
