The aircraft landed safely on Wichita's runway 19R about 25 minutes after leaving FL380.

A replacement A319-100 registration N891UA reached Tucson with a delay of about 4.5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Wichita about 25 hours after landing.
