The Canadian TSB reported the crew received a "SPDA FAIL" indication followed by a variety of other failures. The crew actioned the relevant checklists and declared PAN. Maintenance replaced the Secondary Power Distribution Assembly (SPDA) micro communication module and the aircraft tested serviceable.
