A THY Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-900, registration TC-JYD performing flight TK-2014 from Istanbul to Kayseri (Turkey), landed on Kayseri's runway 25 but burst the outboard left main tyre. The aircraft rolled out without further incident and taxied to the apron.

The return flight TK-2015 was cancelled.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Kayseri about 24 hours after landing.
