EasySky JS31 at San Pedro Sula on Dec 31st 2012, veered off runway and ran down into ditch

The accident siteA EasySky British Aerospace Jetstream 31, registration HR-AWG performing flight EKY-735 from Roatan to San Pedro Sula (Honduras) with 17 passengers and 2 crew, landed on San Pedro Sula's runway at 10:14L (16:14Z) but veered off the runway and ran down a ditch about 40 meters/130 feet off the edge of the runway before coming to a stop with all gear collapsed. The captain received minor injuries, the other occupants remained uninjured, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The airline reported the crew noticed a problem with the brakes during roll out just before the aircraft veered off the runway.

On Mar 30th 2013 the NTSB reported the aircraft with 19 occupants veered off the runway while landing San Pedro Sula and came to rest in a ditch. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage. Honduras DGAC, investigating the occurrence, requested the assistance by the NTSB.
