An Air Canada Bombardier C-Series CS-300, registration C-GJXE performing flight AC-1097 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to San Jose (Costa Rica), was enroute at FL340 over the Gulf of Mexico about 350nm southwest of Orlando,FL (USA) when one of the pilots became incapacitated. The other pilot declared PAN PAN and diverted the aircraft to Orlando, where the aircraft landed safely on runway 17R about 60 minutes after the decision to divert.

The Canadian TSB reported one of the flight crew became incapacitated in flight.
