An Allas Colombia Douglas DC-3, registration HK1315 performing a flight from Villavicencio to Barranco Minas (Colombia) with 7 people on board, landed on Barranco Minas's runway 27, however, suffered a burst main tyre upon touch down followed by the collapse of the tail gear. The aircraft veered left off the runway and came to a stop with the left main gear strut dug into soft ground, resting on its main gear and the aircraft's tail. There were no injuries.

Colombia's Civil Aviation Authority opened an investigation into the occurrence.
