A Nolinor Aviation Boeing 737-200, registration C-GNLW performing flight N5-951 from Meadowbank,NU to Churchill,MB (Canada) with 64 people on board, was in the initial climb out of Meadowbank [CMB2] when the crew received an amber oil filter bypass indication for the left hand engine (JT8D). After a ground run the aircraft continued to Montreal Mirabel,QC (Canada), where the engine (about 164 hours after overhaul) will be replaced.
