The aircraft landed safely on San Andres' runway 06 about 30 minutes later (gear doors were closed), stopped on the runway and needed to be towed to the apron.

Colombia's Aeronautica Civil reported the aircraft diverted to San Andres due to a hydraulic problem.

The airline reported the aircraft diverted as a precaution due to an alert by one of the aircraft systems, emergency was never declared. The passengers were taken to Bogota by another aircraft about two hours after landing.
