An Azul Linhas Aereas Boeing 737-400 freighter, registration PR-AJY performing flight AD-2004 from Belem,PA to Fortaleza,CE (Brazil) with 2 crew, was climbing out of Belem's runway 06 when the crew stopped the climb at FL240 due to an indication, that one of the engine's (CFM56) thrust reversers had unlocked. The crew worked the related checklists and returned to Belem for a safe landing on runway 06 about 30 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 3 hours, then departed again and reached Fortaleza with a delay of 3:15 hours.
