A UTAir Boeing 737-800, registration VQ-BQP performing flight UT-365 from Moscow Vnukovo to Ufa (Russia) with 90 people on board, overran the end of runway 14L (length 2510m/8250 feet) while landing at Ufa in low visibility and heavy snow fall at 14:35L (08:35Z) and came to a stop about 100 meters past the runway end with all gear on soft ground. No injuries occurred, the aircraft received minor if any damage. The passengers disembarked via mobile stairs and were bussed to the terminal.

The airport was closed for about 10 hours, the longer parallel runway 14R/32L (length 3760m/12340 feet) is currently closed due to upgrade works in progress.

Rosaviatsia reported the aircraft overran the end of the runway by 100 meters. At the time of the occurrence the runway was covered with 2mm slush, the wind came from 210 degrees at 2 knots.
