A Chrono Aviation de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-FGCP performing flight MBK-810 from Schefferville,QC to Montreal Saint Hubert,QC (Canada) with 3 people on board, was enroute at FL240 about 70nm north of Quebec City,QC (Canada) when the crew received 4 warning lights: "RUD PRESS", "ROLL SPLR INBD HYD", "#1 RUD HYD" and "RUD FULL PRESS". The crew declared emergency and diverted to Quebec City for a safe landing about 30 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found a failed hydraulic line in the #1 engine (PW120A).
