WinAir confirmed one of their ATR-42s wet leased from Air Antilles needed to shut an engine down. The airline continued their aircraft have an ETOPS certification for 120 minutes.
A replacement ATR-42-500 registration F-OIXH reached Curacao with a delay of about 4 hours.
