An Aeroflot Boeing 737-800, registration VQ-BHB performing flight SU-2307 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Moscow Sheremetyevo (Russia) with 154 people on board, was climbing through about FL230 out of Frankfurt when the crew received indication of the failure of hydraulic system A. The crew continued the climb to FL350 and the flight to Moscow, where the aircraft landed safely on runway 24C about 2:35 hours later.

Emergency services reported they were alerted to take their stand by positions because of an indication of a hydraulic malfunction.
