A Thai Airways Airbus A350-900, registration HS-THL performing flight TG-935 from Brussels (Belgium) to Bangkok (Thailand), was climbing out of Brussels' runway 07L when the crew stopped the climb at FL150 reporting they suspected an oil leak from the left hand engine (Trent XWB), the oil quantity indication had dropped to zero. The aircraft returned to Brussels for a safe landing on runway 07L about 40 minutes after departure.

Passengers reported the crew announced a computer malfunction.

No leak was found, maintenance identified an indication problem. The aircraft was able to depart again after about 3 hours on the ground and is estimated to reach Bangkok with a delay of 3:15 hours.
