A Saudi Arabian Airlines Boeing 747-8, registration HZ-AI4 performing flight SV-926 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), was climbing out of Frankfurt when the captain stopped the climb at about FL330 due to the incapacitation of the first officer and decided to return to Frankfurt. The aircraft landed safely back on Frankfurt's runway 25C about 50 minutes after departure.

Germany's BFU reported in their February Bulletin the flight engineer on board took care of the first officer while the captain returned the aircraft to Frankfurt for an overweight landing.
