A Delta Airlines Airbus A319-100, registration N323NB performing flight DL-1682 from Los Angeles,CA to Austin,TX (USA), was on approach to Austin's runway 35L when a bird impacted the aircraft. The crew continued for a safe landing.

The FAA reported the aircraft received minor damage when a bird impacted and damaged the leading edge of the right hand wing.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Austin about 20 hours after landing.
