The airline reported the captain felt unwell, however, was able to continue his duties. A replacement pilot was dispatched to Spokane and continued the flight.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Spokane for about 4 hours, then continued the journey and reached Kansas City with a delay of 5.5 hours.
