A Nordavia Boeing 737-500, registration VP-BRG performing flight 5N-521 from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Murmansk (Russia), was in the initial climb when the crew attempted to retract the gear, the gear lever however became jammed disabling the gear retraction despite multiple attempts to retract the gear and re-cycling the gear lever. The crew levelled the aircraft off, burned off fuel and returned to Sheremetyevo for a safe landing about 45 minutes after departure.
