A Wasaya Airways de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration C-GMWT performing flight WSG-884 from Opapimiskan Lake,ON to Thunder Bay,ON (Canada) with 30 people on board, was about 60nm northwest of Thunder Bay when the crew reported the #2 hydraulic system had depleted and declared emergency. The crew performed a manual gear extension and landed on Thunder Bay's runway 07, stopped on the runway and shut down.

The Canadian TSB reported gear safety pins were installed, then the aircraft was towed off the runway. Maintenance found the #2 pressure line the rudder pressure regulator leaking, the line was replaced.
