A Berry Aviation Embraer EMB-120, registration N233SW performing flight BYA-480 from Shreveport,LA (USA) to Queretaro (Mexico), was enroute at 18,000 feet near Houston,TX (USA) when unsecured cargo shifted. The crew continued the flight to Queretaro for a landing without further incident.

On Oct 12th 2018 the FAA reported the aircraft received substantial damage when unsecured cargo shifted enroute near Houston. The occurrence was rated an accident and is being investigated.

The aircraft however flew two more sectors from Queretaro to Laredo,TX (USA) and further on to Austin San Marcos,TX (USA). The aircraft is still on the ground in Austin 22 days later.
