A Berry Aviation Embraer EMB-120, registration N233SW performing flight BYA-233 from Detroit Willow Run,MI to Akron-Canton,OH (USA) with 2 crew, was climbing out of Detroit when the crew stopped the climb at 14000 feet declaring emergency due to a gear problem. The aircraft returned to Willow Run for a low approach parallel to and right of runway 05R, then positioned for another approach to runway 05R. The aircraft landed gear up on runway 05R.

The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP, DETROIT, MI." There were no injuries, the damage is "unknown".
