A Go2Sky Airline Boeing 737-400 on behalf of CSA Czech Airlines, registration OM-GTB performing flight OK-508 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Copenhagen (Denmark), was climbing out of Prague's runway 12 when ATC issued a radar vector to turn left onto a heading of 360. The aircraft however was on a heading of about 060, ATC queried, the crew confirmed they were on heading 360. Shortly afterwards the crew reported they had lost all their primary navigation, they wanted to return and requested radar vectors to join the ILS, they would be able to maintain a heading using their stand by compass, no assistance was needed on the ground. The crew stopped the climb at about FL125 and returned to Prague for a safe landing on runway 12 about 20 minutes after departure and taxied to the apron.

A replacement CSA Airbus A319-100 registration OK-REQ reached Copenhagen with a delay of 3.5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 13 hours after landing back.
