The Canadian TSB reported the crew received a "YELLOW HYDRAULIC LO PRESS" ECAM message, worked the related checklists, declared emergency and continued to Toronto for a landing without further incident. The aircraft was towed off the runway. Maitenance found a faulty O-ring at the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) check valve which allowed the depletion of fluid. The O-ring was replaced.
