A Flybe de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration G-JECO performing flight BE-321 from Aberdeen,SC to Birmingham,EN (UK) with 47 people on board, was descending towards Birmingham when the crew needed to shut the right hand engine (PW150) down. The aircraft continued for a safe landing in Birmingham about 10 minutes later.

The airline reported the crew shut one of the engines down as a precaution.
