A Batik Air Airbus A320-200, registration PK-LUL performing flight ID-7065 from Jakarta Halim to Pekanbaru (Indonesia), was climbing through FL260 when the crew initiated an emergency descent due to the loss of cabin pressure and diverted to Jakarta's Soekarno International Airport for a safe landing about 35 minutes after departure.

Indonesia's NTSC reported the aircraft had been dispatched with one bleed air system inoperative. During the climb through FL260 the crew observed the cabin altitude increase at 2500 feet per minute and conducted an emergency descent and diversion to Soekarno Hatta Airport. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by the NTSC.
