A Motor Sich Airlines Antonov AN-140, registration UR-14005 performing flight M9-403 from Lugansk to Kiev (Ukraine), was on final approach to Kiev's Borispol Airport descending through about 250 feet AGL when the left hand engine (TV-3) failed. The aircraft continued for a safe single engine landing.

Ukraine's Ministry of Transport reported in their monthly bulletin that the fuel pressure was lost due to the failure of the fuel pump regulator. The regulator was replaced and normal operation of the engine resumed. The replaced pump regulator is undergoing further examination.
