A LOT Polish Airlines Canadair CRJ-900, registration ES-ACJ performing flight LO-464 from Copenhagen (Denmark) to Warsaw (Poland), was climbing out of Copenhagen, when the crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet due to a flaps problem and returned to Copenhagen for a safe landing at a higher than normal speed about 25 minutes after departure.

A passenger reported the crew reported a technical problem, they were returning to Copenhagen. The aircraft landed back at a pretty high speed with emergency services in attendance, the aircraft taxied to the gate without any stop. A ground agent subsequently announced the aircraft had had a problem with the flaps. The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto other flights.
