Avianca A319 near Mexico City on Jan 16th 2018, hydraulic failure

On Feb 22nd 2018 Mexico's AIB reported the crew declared emergency after landing due to the failure of the green hydraulic system. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated.
