An Avianca Central America Airbus A319-100, registration N478TA performing flight T0-960 from Lima (Peru) to Mexico City (Mexico), landed on Mexico City's runway 05R. The crew declared emergency reporting a hydraulic failure.

On Feb 22nd 2018 Mexico's AIB reported the crew declared emergency after landing due to the failure of the green hydraulic system. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated.
