A Spicejet Boeing 737-800, registration VT-SGV performing flight SG-106 from Chennai to Delhi (India) with 199 people on board, departed Chennai's runway 25 but burst one of the right hand main tyres. The crew climbed the aircraft to about FL220 until the crew was notified on tyre debris on the runway and also detected a hydraulic leak. The crew descended the aircraft to FL110 and worked the related checklists. The aircraft returned to Chennai's runway 25 and landed, however, the other right hand tyre blew on touchdown, rolled out and even vacated the runway onto a taxiway before coming to a stop being disabled.
