An Air Canada Rouge Airbus A319-100, registration C-FYJG performing flight RV-1731 from Saint Kitts (Saint Kitts and Nevis) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 105 passengers and 5 crew, was enroute at FL390 near Buffalo,NY (USA) when the crew reported a hydraulic failure and declared PAN, later Mayday. The aircraft continued to Toronto for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found a check valve of the green hydraulic system leaking. The associated parts were replaced.
