A SAS Scandinavian Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration LN-TUK performing flight SK-839 from Oslo (Norway) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France), was enroute at FL400 about 50nm north of Amsterdam when the crew reported they were losing oil from the left hand engine (CFM56) and decided to divert to Amsterdam for a safe landing on runway 27 about 25 minutes later.
