An Egypt Air Boeing 737-800, registration SU-GEH performing flight MS-802 (dep Aug 28th) from Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) to Cairo (Egypt), was enroute when the crew consulted with dispatch reporting a probable gear malfunction. Dispatch informed Cairo tower, emergency services and a tow were made ready for the arrival of the aircraft. The aircraft continued to Cairo for a safe landing on runway 05C, vacated the runway onto the parallel taxiway, the aircraft was towed to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground 18 hours after landing.
