An Allegiant Airbus A320-200, registration N227NV performing flight G4-778 from Orlando Sanford,FL to Appleton,WI (USA) with 148 people on board, was descending towards Appleton,WI when the crew stopped the descent at about 15000 feet reporting a problem with an de-icing system, climbed back to FL340 and decided to divert to Fargo,ND (USA), about 390nm westnorthwest of Appleton and outside a weather system covering the area around Appleton. The aircraft landed safely in Fargo about 70 minutes later.
