A Tri-M.G Boeing 737-300, registration PK-YGG performing freight flight TMG-103 from Timika to Wamena (Indonesia) with 3 crew, landed on Wamena's runway 15 at about 12:10L (03:10Z) but touched down hard, veered left off the runway and came to a stop on rough terrain near the airport perimeter fence the nose gear and left main gear collapsed and the left wing fractured. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

No Metars are available, the local weather station reported at 12:00L: 23 degrees C, dew point 17 degrees C, visibility 10km, winds from southeast at 3 knots, cloudy.
