A KLM Cityhopper Fokker 70, registration PH-KZI performing flight KL-1767 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Frankfurt/Main (Germany), was climbing out of Amsterdam when the crew stopped the climb at FL090 reporting problems with the cabin pressure advising that the cabin was climbing at nearly same speed as the aircraft. When level at FL090 the crew reported the cabin altitude was reading 8000 feet already, it appeared something was open, there was a lot of noise from the nose of the aircraft and insulation material as well as dust was coming into both cockpit and cabin. The aircraft returned to Amsterdam for a safe landing on runway 27 about 25 minutes later.
