An Air Koryo Tupolev TU-204, registration P-632 performing flight JS-251 from Pyongyang (North Korea) to Beijing (China), had just reached cruise level 9200 meters (FL302) and was just about to enter Chinese Airspace when the aircraft began to increasingly vibrate prompting the crew to turn around and return to Pyongyang. The aircraft landed safely back in Pyongyang about one hour after departure.

Passengers reported the whole aircraft began to severly vibrate, subsequently they observed parts fall off a wing.

Information received from multiple sources suggests the aircraft dropped one of the flaps.

A replacement TU-204 registration P-633 reached Beijing with a delay of about 2 hours.
