A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N472WN performing flight WN-1224 from Orlando,FL to Milwaukee,WI (USA) with 149 people on board, was climbing out of Orlando's runway 18L when the crew indicated they wanted to level off and enter a hold, they suspeced they had blown a tyre on departure, the crew requested a runway inspection. The aircraft levelled off at 5000 feet and received delay vectors, the runway inspection did not find any debris on the runway. The crew decided to return nonetheless and landed safely on runway 18R about 35 minutes after departure, vacated the runway and stopped clear of the runway for an inspection by emergency services. The aircraft subsequently taxied to the apron.

A replacement Boeing 737-700 registration N209WN reached Milwaukee with a delay of 2:10 hours.
